Please ensure we have a copy of your referral from your GP or other medical specialists prior to your appointment. Without a referral, you will not be able to claim a Medicare rebate for your consultation, which will result in increased out-of-pocket expenses for you.
Please bring any relevant investigation results, including hearing test results, scan and X-ray results and letters from any other relevant specialists. Whilst we can always try and chase results up on your behalf, they do not always come through in time and a delay may mean having to come back to complete the consultation on another day.
You have received a text message prior to your appointment, asking you to confirm that you will be attending. It is important that you respond to confirm your attendance. Appointments that are not confirmed will automatically be cancelled and reallocated to another patient. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call us on 1300 311 100.

Please turn up to the clinic 10-minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, to fill out the necessary paperwork. If you would prefer, you can download a copy of the New Patient Registration Form here and fill it out at home, bringing it in with you for your appointment.
Unfortunately, due to the demand for services, we are unable to accommodate late arrivals for appointments. If you are running late, please let us know, but there is a high likelihood your appointment will be rescheduled.
Covid-19, Cold and Flu Safety
Due to the relaxation of COVID-19 restriction measures across NSW and QLD, Dr Titoria and his staff wish to reassure our community that we hold the health of our patients, staff and the wider population as a matter of the highest priority. In particular, we have a wide range of vulnerable people coming through our doors and we commit to doing our utmost to protect them.
We remain alert to the possibility of ongoing Covid-19 outbreaks locally and will be maintaining a cautious approach to how The Clinic operates. As such, we will maintain the following safety measures:
· We ask anyone with any respiratory symptoms to wear a mask in the clinic.
· If you have been a close contact of anyone who has been diagnosed with Covid-19 or are awaiting the result of a Covid-19 test, it is important that you DO NOT come to the clinic. Please call us and we will advise appropriately.
· We will be maintaining a policy of 'social distancing' between all staff and patients. This will be a distance of a minimum of 1.5m between any staff member and patient. Please respect this distance, the aim is to prevent the spread of any infection from a staff member to yourself and vice-versa. Please do not be offended if we no longer shake hands!

Ear – Micro suction per ear - $145.00 (No Medicare Rebate)
Ear – Tympanometry Pressure Test - $44.00 (rebate $18.50)
Throat/nose Scope - $155.00 (rebate $114.35)
Nasal Cauterisation - $210.00 (rebate $83.85)
Cancellation fee - $50.00
