  • Please ensure we have a copy of your referral from your GP or other medical specialists prior to your appointment. Without a referral, you will not be able to claim a Medicare rebate for your consultation, which will result in increased out-of-pocket expenses for you.

  • Please bring any relevant investigation results, including hearing test results, scan and X-ray results and letters from any other relevant specialists. Whilst we can always try and chase results up on your behalf, they do not always come through in time and a delay may mean having to come back to complete the consultation on another day.

  • You have received a text message prior to your appointment, asking you to confirm that you will be attending. It is important that you respond to confirm your attendance. Appointments that are not confirmed will automatically be cancelled and reallocated to another patient. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call us on 07 5620 1030.

  • If you confirm your appointment and then find you can no longer attend, please contact us on 07 5620 1030 to cancel or reschedule. Please be aware that patients who confirm an appointment and fail to attend will not be rebooked.

  • Please turn up to the clinic 10-minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, to fill out the necessary paperwork. If you would prefer, you can download a copy of the New Patient Registration Form here and fill it out at home, bringing it in with you for your appointment.

  • Unfortunately, due to the demand for services, we are unable to accommodate late arrivals for appointments. If you are running late, please let us know, but there is a high likelihood your appointment will be rescheduled.

Fees are to be paid on the day of your appointment and the Medicare rebate will be processed at the time of payment.

Initial Consultation - $270.00 to $335.00 (rebate $88.40)

Follow-up Consultation - $190.00 to $235.00 (rebate $44.45)

Follow-up Telephone Consultation - $120.00 (rebate $44.45)

Added Fees – Depending on what is required in your appointment:

            Ear – Micro suction per ear - $165.00 (rebate $111.85, no rebate for ear wax alone)

            Ear – Tympanometry Pressure Test - $50.00 (rebate $20.20)

Throat/nose Scope - $175.00 (rebate $124.95)

Nasal Haemorrhage Cauterisation - $235.00 (rebate $91.60)

Cancellation fee - $50.00
